Way of the Master (WOTM) has started a campaign to try and obliterate scientific discovery and knowledge, and replace it with dogmatic doctrines of the bible.
WOTM’s intolerant behavior toward people that don’t follow their BULLSHIT is unsurpassed by this current action.
Kirk Cameron, a used up TV child star, takes the helm of the derelict ship Ray Comfort. Ray is actually a Displaced Person from New Zealand. New Zealand is secular for the most part, so it seems Ray might have been laughed out of his country, so he came to the US to spread his lies and seek his fortune using the stupidity of uneducated Americans.
So, here’s what they’re up to. They found out that Darwin’s Origin of Species is public domain, so they’re having their version printed up. So far it seems that they haven’t touched the body of Darwin’s wok, however, they’ve added an addendum that talks about Hitlers link to the theory, Darwin’s disdain for women, oh and that there are no transitional fossils.
The kings of fallacy, these two bring STRAWMAN arguments to a new low, not to mention the absolute ignorance of their arguments in the 50 page addendum at the front of the book.

By and large, the population on college campuses consists of free-thinking, intelligent individuals who will see straight through this type of STRAWMAN tactic. It doesn’t take much upstairs to recognize that even an abhorrent individual is capable of strokes of genius.
So Darwin had disdain for women… What does that have to do with his observation of biological similarities between species?
So Darwin said that survival of the fittest is a common natural occurrence and Hitler used that for justification to kill ____ … What does that have to do with his observation of biological similarities between species? Not to mention that Hitler was a Catholic. Also, if you want to place blame on a figurehead used to justify murder & genocide, you’re forgetting the most popular one of all; GOD.
So Darwin saw correlations between tribal Africans living in the bush and monkeys… Oh look, similarities between species.

Wow just in time to once again show Comfort’s stupidity.
It’s weird. Here in Germany we don’t even debate about Darwin. Darwin is right. It’s accepted. There is nothing to decide or make one’s mind up about. Creationism or Intelligent Design doesn’t come up in schools. We have classes in schools called “Religion” – where children are tought about God and the children can decide whether they wan’t to attend those classes or not. If not they attend a class called “Ethics”.
ATM we debate wheter an Islam boy is allowed to pray once a day in school .. or not. Our schools are neutral.
